Instructions for use:
1. Pour a small amount of oil into the palm of your hand.
2. Apply by massaging onto the affected areas (arms, legs, back, shoulders…).
3. Massage towards the heart to promote venous return.
→ 1 to 2 applications per day for adults and children over 12 years old; 1 application per day for children between 6 and 12 years old.
