These rules define the conditions of participation, the terms of the game, and the rights and obligations of the organizing company My Podologie and the participants in the competition entitled "Ticket d'Or My Podologie".

Article 1: Organization of the game

The company My Podologie, whose head office is located at 2 porte de Laubian, 40510 Seignosse, registered in the Dax Trade and Companies Register under number 805 176 351 , is organizing a free competition with purchase obligation entitled "Ticket d'Or My Podologie", accessible via orders placed on its website www.my-pododologie.com.

Article 2: Duration of the game

The competition runs from Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday, January 5, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Any entries made outside of this period will not be considered.

Article 3: Conditions of participation

The competition is open to any adult natural person, residing in mainland France (including Corsica), who has placed an order on the website www.my-podologie.com during the competition period.

To participate, a minimum order of €200 is required.

Excluded from participation:

• My Podologie staff members and their families.
• Any person directly or indirectly involved in the organization or management of the competition.

Only one entry per order is allowed. Participation is automatic as soon as a valid, paid order of at least €200 is placed on the website during the competition period.

Article 4: Terms of the game

On January 6, 2025, My Podologie will conduct a random draw among all participants who have met the conditions of participation, namely a validated and paid order for an amount greater than €200, placed between December 7, 2024 at midnight and January 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. The names of the participants will be entered into a dedicated software and a random draw will be made.

The winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone within 5 days of the draw.

Article 5: Allocation

The winner of the Golden Ticket will win:

A 4-day (3-night) stay for 2 people in Hossegor, including:

• Accommodation (covered by My Podologie in accommodation selected by My Podologie).
• Round-trip transportation from the winner's place of residence.
• A tour of the My Podologie premises.
• A meal in a renowned and unmissable restaurant in Hossegor.

The stay must be made between April 1 and June 30, 2025.

The endowment is strictly nominative and cannot be transferred, exchanged or be the subject of financial or equivalent compensation.

Article 6: Terms of delivery of the prize

The winner must contact My Podologie within 30 days of receiving the email or SMS informing them that they have won the competition. The necessary contact information (email and telephone number) is provided on the website www.my-podologie.com .

During this contact, the winner must provide the information necessary to organize the stay (identity, contact details, etc.).

If no contact is made within the allotted time, the prize will be considered definitively lost and My Podologie reserves the right not to re-allocate it.

The practical arrangements for the stay (dates, transport, accommodation, etc.) will be agreed between My Podologie and the winner after confirmation.

Article 7: Personal data

The personal data collected as part of the competition is necessary for the management of participation. It will be used exclusively by My Podologie and will not be shared with third parties.

In accordance with current regulations, each participant has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by contacting My Podologie at contact@my-podologie.com

Article 8: Responsibilities

My Podologie disclaims all liability in the event of:

• Technical malfunction beyond its control having disrupted the organization of the game.
• Delays, losses, thefts or damages occurring during the delivery of the Golden Ticket or the prize.

Article 9: Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.

Article 10: Contesting the game

Any dispute or complaint relating to the "Ticket d'Or My Podologie" competition must be made by simple letter addressed to My Podologie at the following address: My Podologie, 2 porte de Laubian, 40510 Seignosse or by email to: contact@my-podologie.

This letter must indicate the precise date of participation in the game, the order number, the player's full contact details and the exact reason for the dispute. No dispute will be considered eight (8) days after the closing of the competition.

No other method of dispute or complaint may be taken into account.

No requests or complaints regarding the application or interpretation of these Regulations will be answered.

Article 11: Filing and consultation of the regulations

These regulations can be viewed free of charge on the website www.my-podologie.com.

Article 12: Amendments

My Podologie reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure. Any changes will be announced through the same means used for the initial promotion.

Article 13: Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the court having jurisdiction to resolve the dispute will be the Dax judicial court.
